Marketing Strategy and Localisation across 18 countries in Africa

Project Summary:

Developed and executed the marketing strategy, digital expertise, and marketing localisation for Kyocera through MFI Document Solutions (Kyocera’s distributor), a leading document solutions provider in Sub- Saharan Africa, resulting in unprecedented success.

How We Did It:

Implemented a localised integrated marketing strategy and communication across 18 English and French-speaking countries in Africa, including Morocco, Ivory Coast, DRC, and Cameroon. Spearheaded marketing, digital transformation, and customer engagement initiatives. Managed and structured marketing operations while overseeing digital marketing relationships with Kyocera, Canon, and other partners, reporting directly to teams in Dubai and Amsterdam.

Results:

Oversaw 8 billion prints. The Kyocera marketing budget grew eightfold over five years. Achieved an annual savings of over 2 billion prints across the African continent.
