Defined the station’s on-air identity, sharpened its editorial positioning, and aligned every brand touchpoint to a single, credible proposition. Directed the visual and sonic language that gave NBS a presence indistinguishable from institutional authority. The result was sustained market leadership: NBS grew from a single-transmitter operation into Uganda’s most sought-after media group, earning the position of Most Admired Ugandan Media Brand by Brand Africa.
